Acquired in 2010 with The Olayan Group, The Knightsbridge Estate is a rare 3.5 acre freehold in prime Central London.
Chelsfield has used its expertise to reposition the asset, completing over 70 new letting transactions and increasing net rental income by 30%.
The Estate was financed in 2011 with a syndicate of six banks.
The Paris Estate
Acquired in 2014 with The Olayan Group, the Paris Estate comprises of a unique portfolio of 9 mixed use assets in the heart of Paris’ Golden Triangle and CBD. Two of the buildings are on avenue Montaigne, one of the World’s foremost addresses for high-end retail.
Chelsfield successfully led the deal structuring and the acquisition negotiations in the face of competitive, rival bids and complex purchasing conditions.
